You must find out if there is a British Embassy or TT Consulate situated in or nearby your country. If there is, then you must apply through the British Embassy or TT Consulate . The Embassy/Consulate would inform you about information/documents needed to process your visa application. If there is no British Embassy or TT Consulate then you may apply for a visa waiver.
